1. Intellectual Property

All images, text, graphics, logos, and content on this website are the property of Rosie Sabaric Photography and are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, download, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

2. Use of Photographs

Clients receive limited rights to use images for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any commercial use, resale, or publication of images requires a separate license agreement.

3. Booking & Payment

Session bookings require a signed agreement and deposit to secure your date. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment terms will be outlined in your specific photography agreement.

All bookings are subject to a separate Photography Agreement, which outlines services, payments, cancellations, and other session-specific terms.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on availability. Deposits remain non-refundable, but may be applied to a future session at our discretion.

5. Delivery of Images

Edited images are delivered via an online gallery within the timeframe specified in your photography agreement. Raw, unedited files are not provided.

6. Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to provide high-quality images, Rosie Sabaric Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: technical failures, weather, illness, or events that prevent performance. Liability is limited to the return of all payments received.

7. Website Use

You may not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. We are not responsible for third-party links or content.

8. Privacy

Any personal information you provide is used solely to deliver photography services and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in King County, Washington.
